I’m happy to announce that I will be offering two yoga practices through Mindful Kawa Virtual Retreats, launching on October 8, 2022. The first is a movement practice that aims to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. The second is a guided yoga nidra for chronic pain.
Mindful Kawa is an affordable membership-based platform that allows you to take virtual retreats from the comfort of your home. Their founder was inspired to connect people with wellness practitioners in an affordable way after her own experience with self-improvement using wellness modalities. You can build your own retreat around 4 categories: Meditation, Movement, Nutrition, and Wildcard. Each retreat is centered around personal growth and self-improvement.
